****o, I am having some water intrusion in my basement. It is only on one side of the house and it's because the grading on the driveway is towards the house. I am looking to get the one wall fixed and then mudjacking for the driveway to correct the grading. Thank you, Christine

****o! I just recently purchased a home and am struggling with the basement. The floor is very sloped and uneven. I was curious if repouring the basement slab would be an option or if this would just be too expensive to be worth it. Please let me know if this is a service you would provide. Thank you, Kat

****o, my home was serviced in 2018 by FSM. I recently bought the home and have noticed some odd settling cracks on the first and second floor ceiling. There is also a bow in the second level flooring in one room. I would like to have an inspection to determine if it is settling or a more serious issue.

2 concerns: First, 1 of the metal posts that supports the main support beam in the home appears to have a lot of rust along the bottom. Second, I'm looking to finish part of the basement and would like a second opinion on the quality of the existing water proofing.

greetings! FSM waterproofed my basement in 2018, which was by far the un***iest yet most-satisfying thing i've ever paid for. everything's still holding up great, and we couldn't be happier! at the time, i was inquiring about getting the rest of my basement floor leveled to match the beauty of the FSM work, and was informed that FSM outsourced that kind of work to Olson Cement. I'm finally at the point where i want to complete the project and called Olson, and they said they do not service my area (and were actually kinda rude about it on the phone). i was wondering if you could perhaps recommend any other contractors that meet FSM's stringent quality control?

We’ve got a 1942 bungalow style home on a basement. I believe there’s water coming in under/around the fireplace/hearth. You can see old, dark water staining that appears dry now. There’s also some cracking in the blocks in this particular basement room. Just want to make sure everything is water tight inside and outside, and that nothing is sinking foundation wise. We do need fireplace, hearth and chimney repairs too - not sure if you do that or can refer before or after any repairs are done, etc.

Good Morning, we have a ventilation issue with our roof. We are having roof repairs and a new roof installed in the coming weeks. Dale from Lakepointe will be doing the roof. He recommended we have our crawl space checked out. We’re not aware of any crawl space issues but we do know it’s not sealed and trust Dale’s recommendation to have it checked out to make sure we have no issues. Thank you, Jennifer Skog

We recently bought a new home and the past year it has had water leaking in one corner and along one side of the foundation. The paint is peeling and cracking on the walls and we would like to build out an office/bedroom but need to tackle any mold/water issues first. Thank you! -Maura
