We're getting a couple of areas that leaked after a really heavy rain. This is this the first time this year that it leaked. There must have been repairs done by previous owners. I'd like for it to be looked at before I just look to patch it up in case there is more to the issue.

Prestbury Rd. in Canton
Interested in a dehumidification system for my basement. Recently moved in, but I’m guessing the basement is around 500 square feet. I’ve had a humidity gauge down there for a couple weeks and it’s ranged from 65% to 78%. One facet of this is that I’m considering a basement remodel, so I’m also wondering if a dehumidification system would be better to install before, during or after that process. Or if it makes any difference at all.
