Manchester Rd. in Ann Arbor
Seasonal cement porch floor settling and cracking. We want to do some outdoor landscaping and possibly put a deck around our porch but need to address foundation issues first. Looking to hopefully have someone come to take a look in early April. We will be out of town until last week of March. I look forward to hearing back. Thank you!

Spyglass Court in Ann Arbor
I have a crack (1-2mm wide) with water penetration in my basement wall. The crack almost runs the height of the wall.

West Waters Rd. in Ann Arbor
Water leaking through basement wall near slab.

Walnut Creek Lane in Ann Arbor
Our home is a new construction (as of 2016), but we've already had significant foundation issues. Cracking on one side of the house has already been repaired under warranty. But after the most recent rain storms, we noticed water coming through the basement on the other side of the house. I haven't removed the drywall to see if there's a visible crack on the inside. But when I went outside to check the grading, I observed a crack on the foundation. That part of the foundation is also discolored. It would be great to have a sense of how bad the damage is. I was referred to your company by a good friend (John Zick) who recently had work done on his home.

Kuehnle in Ann Arbor
must crawl space in our Tri-level home.

Yorktown Dr in Ann Arbor
Hi, do you guys have anything like sump pump monitors? Interested in possibly installing one for my active sump. I'd also like that and the other one inspected. Thanks!

Thinking of expanding basement drainage system (get some leaks during heavy rains) and installing a backup sump pump

Glen Leven Road in Ann Arbor
In a few places in the basement there is a trickle of water -and- on the east side of my house water ac***ulates.

Dogwood Ct in Ann Arbor
I would like to have a battery backup system added to an existing functional sump pump.

Dexter Ann Arbor Rd in Ann Arbor
I noticed efflorescence on the bottom row of cinderblocks in my basement and a hairline crack. I want to understand if any actions needs to be taken or what I'm seeing is to be expected for a house that was build in 1962.

Argyle Crescent in Ann Arbor
Water is seeping into my basement from cracks in the floor and along some of the areas where the wall meets the floor.

Yorkshire Rd in Ann Arbor
I have water seeping in around the basement where the wall and floor meet. I was told to build up the dirt around one side but have not done that yet. With heavy rain I get seepage on at least two sides of the basement. I also have a problem with seepage under an exterior door leading into the basement.

Dicken Dr. in Ann Arbor
The problem is actually water pooling in our garage. It has damaged the exterior brink and maybe the blocks that are raised up on the concrete slab. I cannot seem to pin down the source either. It is not coming in from under the door and seems to be coming through he wall.
