Ground water in crawl space over this summer. We live on a c**** lot and have had minor ground water in crawl space during spring thaws. There is visquine over sand base surface with block walls insulated with r13 batt fibergl***. Looking for a better solution ... Perhaps adding sump pump and air exchange unit to prevent mold. Neighbors have successfully installed your system over this summer. Looking forward to an inspection and installation quote. Thanks in advance! John

Im on a crawl which has high humidity and ground water. We just recently had a sink drain line leak which we just discovered. It appeared to have been leaking for nearly a week and there is now mold growth on some of the joists. I already contacted my home owners insurance company for a claim. I would like to see how much your cost to repair all the above would be and go over the details.

Need to figure out what to do with the garage and possibly a sump pump under the house and encapsulation to keep out mold and cold floors. Hi, Our basement has a major crack about 12 inch away from the block wall about 25 feet long. We have water coming up through most of it and its hollow along the crack. I have used hydraulic cement along most of the crack and will do the rest asap. I have an idea to use foam ****n in under the cement to fill all the gaps. If you could please contact me so I can explain and hopefully have a solution. Thank you
