They did skilled work and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Matt's communication with us and his crew was top-notch. He called along the way to give us their arrival time. He explained to his crew what they needed to do and everything went as explained. His communication with us was clear and helpful. We scheduled with FSM for an inspection of our crawl space to get help with understanding what we could do to clean and seal it up. Our inspector was John Eldon. John is tasked with the unpleasant job of crawling through some dirty, cramped spaces and he definitely approached ours with good humor and a professional attitude. He put us at ease and did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and concerns. There was NO hard sell or pressure to sign. We did contract with FSM to do the job and feel very comfortable with the process so far. They followed up as promised with scheduling. We're hoping to follow up with a positive review after the job is done. Thank you, John!

Working with Dan Heath was excellent. He came, assessed our issue and sat down to go over his findings. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything in great detail and showed us what set FSM apart from other companies. He went through everything in great detail on how to prepare and set up for crew to come in and work. I also want to point out how nice and enthusiastic the crew was. They worked a very hard, long day and were polite and kind the whole day despite the cold temperatures. I have already recommended the company to others as we are very satisfied with the process from initial assessment to completed work.

We own a small vacation home on the Au Sable. The home was built on a dirt crawl space. We always had water, mold and odor issues from the crawl space. FSM of Michigan came in this week and completely encapsulated the space and added a new sump pump. The job wasn't cheap but the result is well worth the cost. Stephen, Matt, Isaiah and Justin worked very hard for two and a half days to get the job done. Great crew who worked hard and answered all my questions. Everything was left spotless. We highly recommend FSM of Michigan TC if you have water/foundation issues!

m not sure where to start. Our project was big. Tons of water issues with all the snow melt and rain. We have only lived in the house for a year. Reached out to FSM and had a great experience with Adam. Came out the same day and gave us a quote. He didn't pressure us and was straight forward. Fast forward to a week ago. Junior and his team came out and from the beginning I knew we would be taken care of. He walked us through everything. The process, the products, he answered any questions we had and went above and beyond. The entire time they were here they never stopped going above and beyond. They worked their butts off everyday they were here and some days put in well over 12 hours to get it done. Junior made sure to keep us in the loop and managed his team to where things were clean throughout the job. Everything was planned throughout the project day by day and I cant tell you the relief I felt after weeks of uncertainty. I cannot talk this team up enough. We consider them good friends after this experience and if you consider another company I would tell you to SERIOUSLY reconsider. Thank you FSM and a HUGE thanks to Junior, Trent, Chase!!! You guys are the real deal!!

Communication prior to the insulation process was timely and clear, with updates provided whenever needed. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and did superb work. Ryan came out to do an inspection and was fantastic. He took the time to really listen to my concerns, clearly explained what to look for and walked me through whether there was an issue or not. His recommendations were thoughtful and professional. While I didn’t move forward with any work through FSM, that was strictly due to timing and budget—my initial concern thankfully turned out to be a non-issue. I genuinely recommend FSM to anyone in need. They’re informative, fair, and not pushy at all. Ryan especially stood out for his honesty and professionalism. Definitely worth checking out!

FSM recently completed the waterproofing of our basement and crawl space, along with replacing our sump pump. Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to the potential disruption, but we knew it would add great value to our home. From the start, we had a wonderful experience. Brian provided our quote and thoroughly explained the entire process, putting our minds at ease. The team also handled all necessary permits, ensuring everything was done by the book. The execution team, led by Alex, was exceptional. Alex and his crew demonstrated outstanding work ethic, kept us informed at every stage, and were very careful to keep the premises clean. They truly went above and beyond, even taking extra care with cleaning up afterward. I'm typically not the kind of person who writes reviews, but given the scale and investment of this project—and the excellent job FSM did—I felt it was important to share my experience. I hope this review helps others in making their decision. I highly recommend FSM for your waterproofing needs.

After repeated moisture issues in part of our basement, we contacted this company for a proper waterproofing solution instead of another temporary fix. The inspector explained the source of the problem clearly and outlined several realistic solutions without pressuring us into unnecessary upgrades. Compared to previous contractors we dealt with, this company felt much more knowledgeable and professional overall. The crew completed the work efficiently and kept us updated throughout the project. Since everything was finished, the basement has stayed completely dry even after several heavy storms, and the air in that part of the house feels noticeably less humid.

I would highly recommend FSM! Miguel and his crew, JasmanY V, and Jose V were polite, hard working, and efficient workers. Miguel kept me informed throughout the process of the progress they were making, showing me and explaining exactly what they were doing. When a change was made to the original contract, it was discussed with me, and I received a prompt call back first thing in the next morning, agreeing on a credit to my account. The worksite was all clean when they left. Job well done!

This crew did an outstanding job. The members were Steven c, Matt f, Justin p, Isaiah f. Our basement transformation was day and night. We had had issues with the basement being damp moisture ridden. After they finished our basement look like brand new, smelled great. There was no hint of moisture in the air. I look forward to using the basement for many years to come. We have been trying for years to finally get the basement room under our porch to stay dry and this is the first time we've actually succeeded, thanks to FSM, particularly Quentin H, Jordan S, Anthony H and Frank who worked on our project. I should probably preface this with the fact that our house is nearly 100 years old and no construction project, from plumbing, to electrical to construction has ever gone smoothly because this place is just full of character and unexpected surprises that screw up everything you are trying to do. The initial install in August went great. The guys were very knowledgeable and efficient. We had started this project because, every time it rained outside, it also rained inside. We had cups, vases, buckets, anything that could hold water placed everywhere collecting all the drops pouring in while futilely running a dehumidifier 24/7. Turns out that wasn't what was farming mold on our walls and the August worked fixed the moisture levels right away, so we've actually been able to breath in there since August, which is great. But the house struck again with its mystery leaks through the porch cap and the indoor rain persisted. But, when I suspect anyone else might have given up, Quentin and his team persisted, returning several times a month, every month since to find and seal the source of the leak, until this week when we finally got it. I'm so pleased and would recommend FSM to anyone trying to get their basement dry. I'd also like to thank our sales guy, Don, who went the extra mile helping us get ready for the project because our basement support structure was completely in the way. Gotta love old houses and their quirks.

I wanted to acknowledge the FSM team of Dave, Matt and Kiko for the amazing job they did on my home. This was not an easy job due to the VERY limited space they had to work in. They were determined to complete the job. They were all very pleasant and polite. Dave took time to answer all questions and explain everything. They were on time and cleaned everything up when finished. I am so excited with the results! I am not smelling the horrible smell from my crawl space and the house does seem a bit warmer. I also want to mention John L who came out initially and looked over my space and took pictures of everything to get me connected with FSM. He was available and happy to answer all my questions leading up to my project date…which I had a bunch😄. Thank you

Miguel and Yasmany from the Livonia location, serviced my crawlspace which is accessed inside my house, by installing new sump pumps and efficient drainage. Which was very nasty muddy job. Not only did they do an excellent job with the instalation they were very professional and especially neat considering the conditions they had to work in. Excellent job! Great team! Kyle explained in detail what needed to be done without trying to sell me more than what I needed. The crew that came in to do the job were courteous, respectful of my home. They came in, got to work and knew what needed to be done. If I had questions, they answered them. They were in pretty tight quarters (all 3) and they made the best of it. Thank you so much for a job well done!! I would give them a 15!!! If you need foundation, basement waterproofing, etc., FMR is the place to call.
