FSM of Traverse City and Josh G are awesome! I bought my house last June knowing the basement got wet and kind of flooded every spring. Last Summer when, (I can’t remember his name) came to do an inspection of the support poles they had installed a year or two before I bought the house he sold me on getting the whole basement water proofed. I’ll tell you one thing. If you think you need it done, but can’t afford it, you need to find a way to afford it. I didn’t realize how musty and stinky my house was before I had FSM do the work plus getting the awesome dehumidifier. They just came to do their annual inspection of everything and I only had one problem or rather question. I went up stairs to use the bathroom and when I came back downstairs Josh already had gotten me some dates for warranty work. I feel like I just doubled the value of my home by having them come in. Thank you FSM!

Phil P. and Jason R. came out to our house and did an excellent job. We purchased our house after the previous owner originally used this company to adjust the flooring and thank goodness they had a transfer of ownership warranty. They adjusted the flooring and completed a thorough inspection. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to negligence of the previous owner, we are having them come out to add a drainage system and sump pump. This was recommended by the company previously and the previous owners ignored the issue. I am looking forward to having this issue resolved and would recommend this company for future endeavors.

FSM recently completed the waterproofing of our basement and crawl space, along with replacing our sump pump. Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to the potential disruption, but we knew it would add great value to our home. From the start, we had a wonderful experience. Brian provided our quote and thoroughly explained the entire process, putting our minds at ease. The team also handled all necessary permits, ensuring everything was done by the book. The execution team, led by Alex, was exceptional. Alex and his crew demonstrated outstanding work ethic, kept us informed at every stage, and were very careful to keep the premises clean. They truly went above and beyond, even taking extra care with cleaning up afterward. I'm typically not the kind of person who writes reviews, but given the scale and investment of this project—and the excellent job FSM did—I felt it was important to share my experience. There were a few things that needed to be moved due to the extra job, and they helped me move the items! I would highly recommend them to my friends. I felt guilty because they anticipated the job to take 1.5 hrs and due to our extreme level of problems and added work, it ended up taking them 5 hours! I highly recommend this company. The contractors did a beyond excellent job at explaining the problems with my basement and throughly explained how they planned to fix it. The whole process went smoothly and every employee I talked to was kind, professional, and showed a willingness to help. They also offer financing options which were a huge help.
