Not only were they professional, kind with an excellent work ethic but they did a superb job on the project. FSM came out today. They sent Taj, a service tech from the Traverse City office. Taj did a thorough review of the crawlspace at my cottage and found several structural issues that I needed to address. He showed me pictures of the areas of concern and explained the necessary solutions. Taj was GREAT and explained what needed to be done to correct these concerns. What a breath of fresh air, Taj was and an asset to FSM. I feel confident with the work that needs to be done after being explained & would recommend FSM.

My representative/inspector was Zach, and he was and is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to not only represent himself, but the company with integrity, kindness and helpfulness. He walked me through everything and also explained everything meticulously. I'd do business with Foundation, if it were more expensive, on how amazing he was as a representative.
