Jason was very thorough and explained in lamens terms the problem, how to replace for a decent expected rate or how to repair for much less. Absolutely professional yet down to earth guy. Delivered exactly as promised. I ended up not having to use their services but, our service representative really delivered. Jake McCurdy was prompt and provided the most thorough “free” inspection service I have ever received. He did not try to sale me things unnecessarily. He presented his findings, educated me on the options and risks if I did not go with the repairs. It was a memorable experience-wish I had called them before I finished my basement. I am currently going to try to eliminate the problem at the source. If that doesn’t work- I will be calling FSM back.

Decovon S., Dewayne Lee, Darius S., and Issac R. were the gentleman me and my wife had the pleasure of coming to our home to fix our basement waterproofing needs. Not only were they professional, kind with an excellent work ethic but they did a superb job on the project. Decovon updated me every step of the way and was always cordial on the phone and in person. A lot of work was done and once finished the crew did an immaculate clean up job. Me and my wife are very satisfied with FSM because of these guys!
