"It was my perception that the initial meeting met every component of professionalism. Ron, the inspector, was genuine; he portrayed objectivity, professionalism and good people skills. Scheduling was in complete harmony with my domestic agenda. The installers were greatly focused and task-oriented and went about doing their work, seemingly, with an accent of efficiency. Afterward, they cleaned their work areas impressively well. They appeared to be FSM's highest performers. Most importantly, the leaking water along a portion of the floor of the basement eastern wall appears to have been diverted elsewhere. After last night intense rainfall, I did not witness any wet spots or running water inside the basement and, or near the repaired area. Despite an oversight to include a "paid in full" receipt on the final communique, I have rated the company's overall performance as an A-. The oversight has been corrected. Still, the installers performed superbly well and I am satisfied with the completed undertaking."

The inspector seemed very knowledgeable. He understood the problem, explained the process for repairing the damaged basement wall, prepared and explained all the paperwork (contracts, loan application, & drawings showing wall repairs). The work was scheduled promptly. The contract for the loan arrived on time, and the workers showed up as scheduled. The workers were prompt, courteous & very neat. I wanted to express my sincere gratitude and congratulate you and your team on a job well done. The project of installing a complete interior drainage system throughout virtually our entire finished basement is quite a task. Your crew, Paul, Nate and Ryan, worked hard and were able to complete the entire job in the three days that you promised. They left the basement clean and completely free of construction debris. The guys took care to cover the carpet and entryways as they moved in and out of the house and also helped out with my dog as my wife was out of town and I was busy at work.
Paul, Nate, and Ryan went above and beyond excellent service levels as they went out of their way to replace missing baseboard from earlier work I had done in the basement. Also, I discovered that my door to our utility room worked again as prior to their arrival it wouldn't close. Lastly, and most impressive they secured my recently replaced mailbox with some of their extra cement during day 2 as they re-cemented the drainage ditch around the basement. I've never experienced a better construction crew and that's after having totally renovated our home three years ago.
For anyone with foundation problems or needs I will quickly recommend FSM. Your organization's professionalism and thorough communication during the project, quick response to a quote request and the scheduling and on time execution of the project (no one else's organization I spoke with included dry wall replacement which is such a huge convenience!), all for a competitive and fair price, make FSM a superior company.

Steve Ray went into the crawl space on a hot, muggy, rainy day & then took the time to explain product/service. The initial meeting was in July, but the service couldn't be scheduled until September. This isn't a bad thing though. The installation crew got to work right away & clean up all the debris that blew around the yard, but my tv cables werer pulled to tightly to the floor. So far, I'm very pleased with the service and product. Of all the work I've done on my house so far, FSM is the best crew that has come out. My neighbor recommened FSM to me. She said it would make a hude difference, and she was right! Steve also told me I'd notice the absense of odor almost instantly after encapsulation. The air seems much cleaner since! Thank you!"

"The person I initially talked to on the phone was willing to let me talk to an inspector before I scheduled an inspection. We got three estimates. Steve is the only person who got back to us when he said he would. The only issue was that the crew showed up three days early and we did not get a phone call.
