People who have asthma know how severe an asthma attack can be. Asthma attacks can be triggered by a variety of things, many of which can actually be found inside your own home. This is a very worrying thing as Americans spend up to 90 percent of their day indors.
With this said, it is important to identify what things trigger your asthma attacks. Working with your doctor you can better understand what types of things trigger your asthma attacks and help you devise a plan to reduce your exposure to these triggers. In addition to contacting a doctor, you can visit United States Envirtonmental Portection Agency’s page to learn more about common triggers, their affect on your asthma, and steps that you can take to reduce their effects.
